  1. Complete and submit your  application form 
  2. Once your application is received, you will receive a link to your online portal and your unique group code*

  3. SHARE SHARE SHARE!  Share your fundraiser with all your friends, family, strangers at the grocery store, anyone and everyone! (And encourage your group to do the same).

  4. Once your fundraiser closes (on Dec 1st unless you choose a sooner date), we will get your total commission ready for pay out. Make sure to enter all your payout information in your online portal.

* This code must be entered at check in by your participants. If the code is not entered, your group will not receive commission. Please reach out to us at info@happyhippobath.com within 7 days after the order is placed. If the participant used another code, no credit will be given to your group. If no code was used, and we were notified within 7 days, the organization code can be added.

  • Participants have access to all products on our website.
  • Receive 20% commission on each order value before shipping and taxes. 
  • Orders will be shipped to your participants directly.
  • You will be able to track your sales through an online portal. You won't have access to names of participants, just their order details and commission rates.
  • Family and Friends near and far can help support your group by using your unique code, and have orders shipped directly to them.
  • Program runs from Sept 1 until Dec 1. After Dec 1st, the commission code will become inactive and any orders placed will not count towards your group. Commision will payout cheque.

Order Subtotal: $40.00
Shipping: $10.00
Tax: $2.50
Total: $52.50
Total commission: $40.00 x 20% = $8.00

FAQ

Can I place my order over the phone?

Not at this time. All orders must be made online.

Can I share my fundraising campaign on social media/ facebook groups?

Absolutely! The more you share, the more potential for orders for your group.  Your online fundraising portal has graphics and images you can share across  your social media.

Are your products safe for people with allergies?

We have a full list of our ingredients on our website. We suggest you read the list for each item you are interested in to insure you are safe with all ingredients. 

Are your products cruelty free?

You Bet! We test all our products in our own bathtubs on our friends and family!

 

A participant didn't use our organization code when they placed their  order. What do I do?

Please reach out to us at info@happyhippobath.com within 7 days after the order is placed. If the participant used another code, no credit will be given to your group. If no code was used, and we were notified within 7 days, the organization code can be added. 

Can we do a group order?

Yes! If you would like to collect orders on your own and place one large order, you absolutely can. Please remember to collect the tax for your province/ State and include that in the amount you collect from each participant.
