After receiving payment, your order will be fulfilled and put in the mail within 1 to 3 business days. Double-check your mailing address before placing your order. Happy Hippo Bath will deliver orders to the shipping address provided upon ordering. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the weight of the order and destination. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email notification along with a tracking number. The speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, as well as product availability. While we’ll do our best, shipping times are beyond our control.
We only ship to destinations within Canada at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We put a lot of heart into the products we make and we hope you are satisfied with your order. In spite of our best intentions, mistakes happen.
If you would like to return any product, you may do so at any time within 14 days from the date of shipping, on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective). Please note that we will only process returns for orders placed directly with Happyhippobath.com. Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number. You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Happy Hippo Bath will send you a replacement without charge.
